This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions made to Axford Global, a division of Axcelt Group LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By registering for our services, making a payment, using our online platform, or signing any service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the following terms.
This policy complies with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, UAE Civil Transactions Law, UAE Commercial Law and applicable regulations issued by relevant authorities.
- General Payment Terms
1.1 Accepted Methods of Payment
– Payments can be made:
Directly to the official bank account provided by Axford Global; or Via secure online card payment link custom-generated by us.
– We do not accept cash payments unless formally acknowledged through an official company-issued receipt.
1.2 International Clients
– Clients paying from outside the UAE will be subject to additional charges related to currency conversion, cross-border transaction fees, and card processing charges, ensuring the final amount received matches the full AED value payable within the UAE.
- Advance / Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)
– All registration fees, consultation fees, profile assessment fees, advance payments or initial deposits made to Axford Global are strictly non-refundable once the client signs up or officially confirms the service.
– This rule applies irrespective of: Change of decision by the client, Delays from the client’s side in providing documents, Application withdrawal, non-compliance, or personal reasons.
- Invoice Settlement and Late Payment Penalty
– All invoices issued for consultancy, documentation, application processing, or any other service must be settled within 3 (three) working days of the invoice date.
- Failure to settle within the prescribed period will result in an administrative penalty of 4% of the total invoice amount per each delayed calendar day, until full payment is received.
- Axford Global reserves the right to suspend services, withhold documents, or delay processing until the outstanding payment is cleared.
- Payments Eligible for Refund (Only in Limited Circumstances)
– The only payments eligible for full or partial refund are those amounts paid by the client through Axford Global to foreign principal service providers or sponsors, such as:
– Universities or colleges abroad for admission confirmations,
– Licensed immigration firms or legal sponsors for invitation letters,
– Companies or organisations issuing employment or sponsorship certificates.
Refunds may be considered only when:
– The principal sponsor abroad declines the application before processing and returns the amount to Axford Global;
– The sponsorship, invitation, or admission is cancelled by the issuing body and a refund is formally approved by them;
– The client provides proof of non-utilisation and the principal service provider authorises a refund.
Important: Axford Global does not earn profit on pass-through payments to third-party sponsors. Refund amounts will be returned only after the principal sponsor refunds the money to us.
- Non-Refundable Payments (Strictly No Refund)
The following payments remain non-refundable under all circumstances:

- Transaction Security & Data Privacy
– All online transactions are processed using encrypted and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
– Axford Global does not store, sell, or share client card details with any third party, except when required by UAE law or court order.
- Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
– All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai / Sharjah (depending on licence location).
– Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved amicably, failing which it shall be referred to the competent UAE courts or arbitration centre.
